u need to find a shampoo with no sulfates and surfactants, they will kill ur hair and will make more oil produced, find your hair type, straight hair should shampoo 3x-4x a week, wavy, 2x-3x a week, curly 1x-2x a week

When I use shampoo consistently it dries out my scalp and gives me dandruff. I just use some conditioner every other day to make sure it smells nice, but it stays clean.
I used gram flour as facewash, but it gave me rashes. Having used dotkey face wash previous month, I switched to riceberry face wash this month. To my surprise, rice berry was more effective and gave me positive outcomes.

It should be based on your needs But one single thing is there is basics for all routine A proper morning routine 1.cleanse 2.moisturise 3.spf Night 1.micellar water / cleansing balm or oil 2.cleanser 3.moisturiser Now if you have acne and pigmentation i would suggest a salicylic acid cleanser and alpha arbutin serum for day time (you can use a regular cleanser and use a salicylic acid serum or aha BHA toner too) And for night the all rounder is retinol (if you use this follow with a thick moisturiser)

The Cleania facewash works wonders for my skin. It is really acne-prone and oily. I have been using that for a few months and my skin has mever felt so better. Once i am done washing my face, I'll use some rosewater as a toner and then use aloevera gel as a moisturizer. Trust ne, my skin had never felt so better.
