The scooter actually looks like a bottle opener, indeed. You can open any bottle of many sizes. I like it..

Lovely. But: in the UK this has to be licenced, MOT'd, taxed and insured. It can only be ridden on the road and the rider has to wear a full crash helmet. It can't be ridden on the paths. Looks good and would be great but it doesn't fit our laws.

It can't be run in Tokyo. Number registration. Addition of safety related parts is needed.
