6:00-10:30 Restoration of Israel. Splendid explanation, matching scenario in Matthew 28:17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful.

We see "in fill" and "pouring" as two seperate instances.
In fill/born again experience - John 20:22 "And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit."
Pouring of the Spirit - Day of Pentecostal
      Again...
      Acts 19:
While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus. There he found some disciples 2 and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when[a] you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?” “John’s baptism,” they replied.
Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus (In fill/born again experience). When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied (Pouring of the Holy Sprit). There were about twelve men in all.

@@hman9581 I hear your perspective, and it's a fascinating lens through which to view the divine workings. Consider this intriguing thread: Could the varied experiences of believers receiving the Holy Spirit be intricately tied to their distinct nationalities? Picture the remarkable scene of Acts 2:1-4, where the Jewish community, amidst a celebration of a Jewish feast, witnesses the Holy Spirit's descent in Mark's upper room on the day of Pentecost.
Now, shift to Acts 8:14-16 and Acts 19:1-7, where the Samaritans, in a unique rite, receive the divine through the laying on of hands. Yet, the climax, as if unfolding in a gripping narrative, emerges in Acts 10:44-48. Here, the Gentiles, breaking barriers and embracing faith in the Lord Jesus, experience the Holy Spirit's profound manifestation. These distinct occurrences form a captivating mosaic, illustrating the divine's intricate dance across cultures and backgrounds. Each moment, is a testament to the profound universality of faith and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit
