HRBT expansion project delayed by 18 months

The long-awaited Hampton Roads bridge tunnel expansion project is delayed. Today VDOT announced this major transformation will take a year and a half longer than expected. It's leaving people who drive the route every day more and more frustrated. Brenna Mcintosh joins us in the studio with why crews made the change and the reaction from drivers.
