Well I for one am excited to see such steady and tangible progress. I traveled to Virginia Beach for the first time in several years this past weekend and was happy to see that something was being done to improve the tunnel situation. Now, if only we could get people to maintain the 55mph in the tunnels, we'll be good!
LOL. That last part :-) I'm from Pittsburgh and we have 6 separate tunnels here and no one maintains the speed limit through them. I visit the Hampton Roads area a few times each year to visit family. I am glad to see this project is moving along. We were down in July and so much has been done since this video was uploaded.
