For hypothyroidism take magnesium glicinate, zinc citrate and selenium. Also make sure your Iron levels are good and get a lot of sunlight.
Can you suggest foods rich in these all things mentioned by you? TYIA❤
@pranali56432 you must take supplements as nowadays the soil is depleted of these minerals. I take vegan magnesium, Zinc, iron, selenium, vitamin B 12, vegan D3+K2. All these are available on Amazon in Vegan. Nature's way is the best brand magnesium gycinate and Zinc.
@pranali56432 make sure your iron levels are good for Hypothyroidism and above all is excercise.
@pranali56432 and also take all these vitamins and minerals at different times. Example do not take Selenium with Zinc. Do not take vitamin B 12 with iron. Take iron with orange juice but take vitamin B12 with water as it is water soluble. You can Google which vitamins should not be taken together. This is the reason a multi vitamin tablets are bad. Also make sure you are taking vitamin B 12 in Methyl form not the Cyano form.
Nascent iodine also helps thyroid function.

I have been practicing Nadi Shodana in Padma Asana daily.
I also practice Vajrasana after every meal .
I can comfortably sit in Padma Asana for more than 30 minutes without any support.
I can comfortably sit in Siddhasna for hours.
While I practice YOG as per your guidelines, I eat foods as per Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji.
I am very healthy and therefore I am honestly happy.

Thanks for all the informations, i have hypothyroidism since more than 20 years and I am taking the pills since then. Do you thinks that one can transition to a normal thyroid after so long? I am a regular yoga pratictionner , fews years ago I stopped taking those pills for almost one year I didn't felt imbalanced more than normal, then doctor told me that I have to be more responsible and take the medication again. So it's what I am doing now I would love to transition to a no more pills. How this transition can be done? And what about the onion? Can you wash the neck after, or you need to leave as it is for a certain period of time? Thanks again , very interesting video.

Sir. I wish to kindly request. My neibour is Bhavana she was 48 years old she's working teaching. sha was taking tablet for left hand shivering, .but the tablet side effects is she is body is very heaviness water content obesity very heavyness stomach and Swelling of the thigh and leg as if filled with water. so, she is unable to do yoga properly due to swelling.. However he practices as much as possible every day.Can you help us what kind of yoga should be done for this problems.
@@THEDAL-lm4wqHello Mam.. your neighbour should be started 1hour brisk walk in the morning and evening at least 2months for heavy body and thigh fat.. pranayam do in sitting position on the bed or mat..her stamina and immunity will be improve day by day..after that yoga asanas continue..I also start in May with 62kg weight with walk and June start with yoga and July aerobic exercise and yoga..my body is flexible and active..I learnt simple yoga asanas 12 poses and learn more continue.. today my weight is 59kg..I have not taken any kind of medicine..I feel my digestion strong,body light active energetic and intake only simple vegetarian food and fruits..

A question- Isn’t yoga nidra for deep non sleep relaxation? Meaning, practicing yoga nidra really helps me feel well rested after a sleepless or difficult night.
