sir , according to a site coordinate bond was given when a single atom (between two atoms forming bond) share both the electrons and the other atom receives it. in your last example phosphorus valency was full filled by gaining 3 extra electron from oxygen . so how is it possible that it donated two more electrons to oxygen ?
