I know you have issues with sizing sometimes and I was wondering if you have ever tried clothing cincher clips? They help a lot to modify the size of a dress or top that’s a bit too big.
It seems like very nice items you selected. The skirt with the zipper you're not too sure about maybe a seamstress can help you out with it.
