Loved this video! When we try to eat clean, use clean products, etc MOST of us are doing our best to eliminate toxins but there’s usually some things we like still in the routine. The key is to reduce the toxic load as best we can. People always expect perfection when it’s not them doing it.

Loved all the cool products! I use some great ear plugs. An audiologist did recommend nothing higher than what you have so you can hear a smoke detector, etc., in an emergency. Good learning!

Suggestion on a piece I have trouble with is cleaning and keeping clean my makeup brushes. What do you suggest? Was thinking of two sets one ready to use and one drying for use.
