Phil is an amazing teacher of balance and footwork off the dribble, sidestep oppose to forward motion to keep defenders guessing. Great fundamentals that help anyone at any level improve their game without a lot of unnecessary dribbling. It would be cool to see him at his age, go into an open gym, and get buckets on folks. Great job Phil!

Miss the days when sports were just purely about the game and competition, getting better in the dark. Now every assistant coach, player, 2*4 trainer wants to be a brand putting out videos.
As a trainer I agree and disagree. I agree because everyone trying to compete and show their brand. But at the same time how you to grow in today’s society?
