Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
All pokemon must be nicknamed
Hardcore Rules:
Always Set mode
No items from the bag option in battle (held items are ok)
No overleveling the next gym leader

So much to love in this video. Your enemies constantly one-upping you with your Pokmn, Gengar’s name, the abundance of weather abilities, Gliscor taking an Explosion to the face and surviving (i suppose because of Electrode’s bad atk stat and Gliscor’s awesome def), and the badass Elite 4 team

I actually just attempted a Flying Type Nuzzlocke in a Pokémon game yesterday.
And my luck was about as good as your luck against Crasher Wake, except for much longer and a bit worse, to the point where I literally just gave up after losing a certain Pokémon.
But your video made me feel better and it’s nice to know that I wasn’t alone in my bad luck.

I remember back in pokemon Crystal Days. My feraligatr was the only one alive and sweeped through the entire elite. 4. Crystal was my first pokemon game, and Feraligatr, hands down, is my favorite starter. All my other pokemons were dead, and i had only 5 full restores, haha.
I've played all pokemon games since, but feraligatr still tops the list. ❤
The randomizers are my absolute favourites, so interesting to watch.

Randomizers can sometimes make the game even easier than it already is by giving you stacked pokemon at the beginning of the game, and you still barely manage to scrape by because the game decides to throw multiple legendaries and literal explosions at your face.

You should do a challenge with similar rules to showdowns mayhem mode where the Pokémon’s types are based on their two first moves and resistances and weaknesses are switched, among other things. I don’t know how plausible that is but it would be a really interesting run for sure.
