    INGREDIENTS:
    Corriander Seeds/dhaniya - 6 Tbsp
    fennel seeds/sombu - 4 Tbsp
    Jeera/Cumin Seeds - 2 Tbsp
    Pepper / Milagu - 1 Tbsp
    Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
    Kasha kasha - 2 Tsp
    Cloves - 12
    Cardamom - 12
    Javithri - small
    Star anise - 1
    Maratimokku - 4
    Kalpasi / Stone Flower - 4 to 5
    Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tsp
    Cinnamon - 1 Large

      I’m still using that masala...it’s almost going to reach 6 months...for sure you can store more than 6 months....

      Yes you can...but still I’m keeping it outside room temperature....still I get that fresh masala aroma...so it’s totally depends upon your option...

      No sis...this is not biriyani Powder...use this powder to make chettinad chicken curry, different types of veg curries
      (like cauliflower, potato.... ), egg curry...etc..

      Recipe shown in the video will give 100g masala powder. So Increase the ingredients by 5 times.

    For 100g how much kg chicken we should add

      For 1 kg chicken you can add 3-4 Tbsp (45g - 60g) will be enough.or else you can add depends on your Taste.

      @@barakathnisa9392 we do not add that to this masala. Instead U can add turmeric and additional chilli based on the recipe you cook. If u need spicy add green or red chilli 🌶 when u prepare the dish

      Most of the ingredients same but oru sila ingredients 2 masalakum differ aagum and spices oda ratio 2 kum differ aagum suppose for example fennel seeds (soambu ) & stone flower (kalpasi) chetinad masala la athigam irukum but nutmeg add panna mattom. garam masala la fennel seeds (soambu ) alavu kammi and nutmeg pannuwom. Both masala's give unique flavor .
