Great recipe. Thanks for sharing. Please don’t use basting brush for saute. Which can melt microscopic particles we may not be able to see and get into food and our bodies and potentially cause harm. Hot pan and plastics dont have any business together. Bamboo spoons are ideal and safe.
@@nightwalker5644 you can use the silicon material but don't leave it inside the pan which we people do often by mistake and that gets melted but if it is bamboo spoon or wooden spatula as mentioned above we can make that mistake which will not do any harm!!!
My office colleague used to prepare this whenever my hubby and I were invited over, and it was dosai and chettinad chicken! Wish I could turn back the clock when we had such a slow paced, happy existence before India too started becoming too modern _ over 35 years ago! I always thought of this organic chicken flavour with the subtle garam masalas

Looks delicious.my mom is caribean indian but she lost most of her indian traditions and cooks more traditional latino and ancient caribean peoples foods which i love ,but i love making food from scratch instead of using curry powder.so i have to learn traditional indian recipes elsewhere .and this one looks delicious

I think it's silicone. I use the same. Just like the silicone material you can use in the oven for baking. No offense. Just wrote my opinion.

Fantastic. I would say the most important part of this whole recipe is using a young chicken cut the Indian way. That’s very elusive in America.

Excellent recipe but I don’t get mace here in abroad, can I substitute it with nutmeg??? Couldn’t find mace in any Indian stores here
Mace is not an essential ingredient. You may add a little nutmeg. This is my opinion.
