With their thick robes, riding in slow mo, the disrespect towards spartan gate keeper, standing of the horse, showing the conqueror king skulls and lastly the music perfectly match. The First time i saw this, i know it is going to be great movie

@Iafiv Iv Well if we see God as a manifestation of mankind's perception of the world or universe, which it is, it only makes sense that violence is not outside of that particular "character". Life can be violent. I don't see a problem with it unless people see violence as the only solution to opposition.
Violence can be done righteously, as in taking down a immediate threat to innocent lives like in MOS, but violence can also be impetuous and not so righteous, as in cases when we perceive a threat based on pure assumption or out of spite or an uproar of emotions which we see with Lex and Bruce in BvS.
Violence is not something unseen in visual mediums. It's a core part of our collective unconscious as living beings. Violence is in nature and, considering every story is a projection of our perception of life, that violence is acted out.
Religions are essentially science and philosophy turned into poems and stories. Many can take this too far, as they do with much of philosophical or political beliefs, but it's not the fault of the creators imo.
