Anyone can get arrested for DUI. The police report is the standard Police BS. Not driving properly or busted taillight. Test, "you have bloodshot eyes, smell like alcohol, etc.". He has never been known for this behavior, and just because you have had a drink does not mean you are impaired to drive.
True, but when you refuse a breathalyzer test, you’re immediately handcuffed and taken in under the suspicion of DUI. At least that’s what I’ve seen on many YT vids.
