- Justin Timberlake says he had only one drink the night he was busted for drunk driving. It turns out that the cocktail packs quite a punch. Timberlake reportedly ordered a $21 concoction called a "vesper martini." Unlike a traditional martini, which contains two and a half ounces of alcohol, a vesper holds more than four ounces. The super-strong cocktail was made famous by writer Ian Fleming in his first James Bond novel, "Casino Royale." Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.

If it was you and you refused to a breathalyzer or blood test they would have obtained a warrant and forced you to provide a sample. He refused to provide a sample 3 times and the cops didn't force the issue so he gets to say he only had one drink. Everyone knows he didn't have no one drink. One drink doesn't cause you to drive erratically!
You can refuse a sample but it's no secret you've been drinking. JT didn't get any special treatment. He got arrested and spent the night in jail and have to stand before a judge. There is no special treatment there.

It's moreso the fact that you take four drinks within a short span. Four drinks over an hour will get you drunk, but over 10-15 minutes it'll get you smashed.
Some gets a DUI let’s test the drink they order…. But let’s not focus on how DUI can take away lives because one got drunk and either took their or innocent bystanders life away…. 😢

Why not interview families who lost loved ones..show the true reality of drinking and driving!

Gotta say it's the first time i've read a book where the movie is more entertaining than the novel. I do recommend Casino Royale by Ian Flemming however. Short story about 130 pages. You can find a free pdf easily online.
