- Mike Graham reacts to Justin Timberlake being arrested for driving while intoxicated after he failed to maintain his lane of travel and pause at a stop sign, police said.
The 43-year-old pop star and actor was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning in the wealthy village of Sag Harbor in New York, according to Robert Drake, chief of police at Sag Harbor Village Police Department.
Timberlake was held overnight and informed of the criminal charges against him in the morning before being released.

You have to consider that people who drink excessively will not be in their right frame of mind. It helps to have one or two friends that are there to prevent you from stumbling out to your car. JT was thinking he's good for the count. Luckily, he was pulled over. It was for his own and others. Lesson's learned. He'll be fine. Just don't do it again.
