The Blank Period era of Naruto is so underrated man, I wish we got more of it 😭. Sasuke is in my top 5 favorite Naruto characters of all time, so I love it when the bro activates his inner Randy Orton, and claps anyone trying to box him in a 1v1.

A lot of design of blank period are my favourite for certain characters, and I think they should have been the ones for their adult counter parts, like Gaara, Hinata, TenTen, sasuke. There's also ones like Ino(fine as an adult too), Temari etc that are equally good as their younger counter parts.
If they ever think about remaking Naruto, they should animate the post war novels under a new series, so we can get both manga ending and Naruto marrying Hinata ending, and these novels (and a few others) are the best and most canonical Naruto content apart from the actual manga

I love post final fight sasuke. Watching him come to peace and basically training to be Naruto’s “shadow hokage” is awesome. And later in Boruto, I’d argue he’s one of the best characters. It was boruto’s admiration for sasuke that got the young lord to come full circle and truly become the best shinobi he could be. Post time skip Boruto is peak, and it’s obvious that he is sasuke’s student. As good as Naruto was, I’m so glad that the next generation has turned out the way it has

Also blank period does have more content (LN) but it was never animated, though Peirrot has a bad habbit of removing content while adapting this stuff, for eg in itachis story his moment with Izumi, and Sasuke Retsuden, which was ass in the anime, though I think a reason for that would probably be because they wanted to hype up the Boruto anime for code arc and the manga adaptation (which is 100x better) was not over yet
