It was a bit cringe watching their Reed's downfall, but, like with many things, the moment they grabbed a shovel and started digging deeper, their potential as an irredeemable villain became unlimited.
Yooo! I loved this movie as a kid. Now you gotta do Hulk vs Wolvering and Hulk vs Thor.
I find it interesting in this verse, Thor isn’t magic, his powers are all tech along with his hammer. But it shouldn’t be heavy at all, it weighs maybe 40lbs, any schmuck can lift it. But here it’s super heavy, to the point where Thor’s base strength is apparently higher than base Hulks. (Which makes sense, but Hulk can get stronger the madder he gets).
But in this cartoon verse, it’s not a 1 to 1 with the Ultimate universe, which is why it’s called Ultimate Avengers, it’s like a combo with the regular comics and the ultimate ones. So this cartoon has Thor powers as magic, and doesn’t even mention his European tech super soldier program stuff. Only that he’s an eco-radical.
TL:DR: this Thor is is magic, and apparently Hulk is either strong enough to overpower mjolnirs enchantment, or it’s just really heavy.
Nah this was my favourite movie growing up and favourite version of the Ultimate Advengers
The Ultimates were really a bunch of assholes when you read the books. Like in the comic after they sedated the Hulk and Bruce was back in control what did Cap do, kicked him right in the face just because he was pissed and can, but we all know 616 would have had his hand on Bruce's shoulder telling him he was lucky he didn't kill any of the team and handed him a blanket.
To be fair, Ultimate Bruce deliberately turned himself into the Hulk in the comics. He deserved that. 616 Bruce never deliberately turns into the Hulk unless he has to in order to protect himself or save others.
