Like you gotta feel for Sasuke tbh, bro was angry at Danzo for what he did to Itachi and the Uchiha CLAN, and wanted to raise hell on Konoha for not acknowledging the efforts done by his late brother.

lmao he caught hands and was handed L's by everyone regardless of how much help he got. This is one of the weakest era's for sasuke and primarily for the exact reasons you seem to think he was strong. He didn't become "strong" until he brought back Orochimaru. Anything before that he was blinded by rage and arrogance. and any time past kaguya he lost his drive and determination and reason to push ahead.
Sasuke is still strong after kaguya.

He had 40-70% chakra left, cut their flags,stood upside down on them while looking down on danzo , and only cared/stared down his target; as if he not about to get jumped.
