    I was confused a bit by the -f flag in ogr2ogr because I automatically interpreted it as "from" - while it means "file", i.e. the destination

      Whoops! It means format not file. I think I was using another service prior and had that stuck in my head - good catch!

    Great content Matt, do you have any content on the integration of PostgreSQL/PostGIS with ArcGIS Pro and Online? that would also be of great value to the GIS professionals.
