Thank you for the direction, I would like to add for psql, the command seems to be different which is:
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\12\bin>psql -U postgres -d Employee_db -h localhost -f C:\Users\Sweeta\OneDrive\Desktop\Ramesh_sir_Data_sc\P2employee_db\employee_db\Analytics_2_handson2\employees_schema.sql
after -f just paste your schema file's path

Thanks for your insights. I appreciate it. -f (lower case f) is for file and -F (upper case F) is for file format. To avoid confusion, I used the other way to explain the command.

I haven't come across.pgsql.file yet. If you can convert it to .Bak or .sql then, it's simple to import.

how to open pgadmin on browser cmd ?

In earlier versions, PgAdmin used to open in a default browser when you open the PgAdmin application. But now it opens in a separate application itself.
And, to connect PostgreSQL through the command prompt, there's a tool that comes with PostgreSQL installation is 'psql'.

What is cd 12 here

CD means Change Directory
And 12 is a Directory in your system if you have installed PostgreSQL 12
