      @@gdiwolverinemale4th ofc it's an oversimplification, it's a YT comment. You keep focusing on the debt. This is missing the point. The government can get rid of the debt if it wants to tomorrow. It could print a zillion dollars and trust me that debt to GDP will go right down to 0 next year. But they can't do that overnight, it's too obvious. So they'll do it gradually, like they have been. So that ratio can actually go down and has been going down recently tbh. It's called financial repression. Until it gets noticed (asset bubbles) and they have to slow repression down and let the debt build up again. It's a balancing act Yellen and Powel do

      @@TmcksnT It is like solving a problem by drinking poison. Yes, they can print as much as they want. What happens when they create $36 trillion out of thin air to pay the bondholders? As you hopefully know the US GDP is $25 trillion. Both the internal and external markets would inflate the prices by 150%. Then the value of the US economy shrinks by the same percentage. Pay attention, international trade is done in US$ but in China they trade in Yuan. They don't follow the instructions from the FED. The US can play games with itself, but not with the world. btw China is buying gold like there is no tomorrow

    I love this guy....finally somebody with intelligence and honesty that of course nobody will like and bet againts him and lose.
    He is rarely ever wrong with very good reasons.
    I dont like Trump but he is better for America than what they have now....surely...Biden is so incredibly corrupt and somehow is allowed to get away with it whilst doing everything he can to hang Trump.
    On that alone, Biden will get protest votes on what he has done to Trump.
    Bring on a new revolution and a new era for American politics.

    This Eisman doesn’t seem to realize the economy is not great for everyone. Its great if you’re rich and own assets. For most people its awful. Bitcoin is the only edge most poor and middle class people have, if they’re smart.

    • @Fenris__
      @Fenris__ Před měsícem

      He is not wrong though that Bitcoin has been very correlated with the market so far. It's not a hedge it was supposed to be.

    • @bobbykanae
      @bobbykanae Před měsícem

      @@Fenris__ correlated to the highest performers. BTC is up almost 4x since dec 2022 while gold is only up 35% since the same bottom in dec 2022. Every year people say BTC is either too volatile or not a hedge against inflation. I don’t know what else to tell you besides look at the numbers. BTC is only .2% of the global market share and its outperformed almost all asset classes every year. Its still early… just look at the numbers and not people’s opinions.

    Guardians of the Galaxy 3 was great and the next big story was KANG but we all know what happened there. Do agree not having the Big 3 hurts Marvel and now they have to recast KANG too. Thor 4 sucked pretty badly.

    Lost all credibility when he said G3 was unwatchable. Also, Quanta is not the only utility contractor. There are a ton of them. Utilities do so much contracting because there's just too much work for their own crews.

    11:00 Well Mr. Eisman, with all due respect, who do you think is going to make those AI GPU Chips for phone companies? NVIDIA 😅
    And sorry to disappoint you, but it is NOT just going to be apple. DOJ won't let thst happen. It is actually going to be every single cheap mobile phone company who will be having the access to these chips to be able to support the AI Apps on phones they are selling. Apple will always be a bit better and faster, but not the only one.
    What does it mean for apple? Tremendous Competition, like what happened with Payapl.
    What does it mean for apple's profitability? Same what it did for Paypal.
    You see, apple, is not a new technology company. It is a 40 years old company making 30 years old device: mobile phones, with newer versions of technology, and it has a lot of competition.
    Translation: Sell apple and don't buy it, as it has proven that it isn't growing income as fast
