This abandoned house exploration had to be the most disgusting yet. A full fridge and freezer of food left to rot with crawling bugs and stink, and with lots of things left behind.
We are not worthy of so much new Tiki content all of a sudden. Thanks, Pam- we're loving the new explores!

I always wonder what happened to these people to make them up and leave, to leave a fridge full of food and their possessions!

You are one tough explorer. Whenever I see urbexers opening a freezer like this they usually get a retching reflex and have a hard time not to go into puke mode.
Unfortunately when places look like this there is a high chance that the occupants of this home died suddenly.

I enjoyed your post, just subscribed! It’s sad to see a place in such bad condition. I’m an electrician, we mainly wire new construction residential and commercial buildings. Sometimes we get service calls for rental properties. Most of them are pretty clean, but some are like this.

The outside of the house actually looks so cosy you could get an outside bench read a book have a brew or two if it was well looked after, just proves life can switch up at any point.

I would not blame you if you ran out after seeing that fridge plus the smell .I had to move out of a place once I took everything and even brushed the floor and wiped the counters. I was told by the landlord they were renovating it I was thanked. Keep safe Thank you.

Tiki! I have a question please. Follower of yours for many, many years. Have you ever had an experience that you couldn’t explain, ghostly or just felt uneasy? I remember an episode of yours that involved a basement door… but I was curious! Incredibly happy you’re back!
Thanks for following along on my adventures! Good memory of the door. That would be the one time I felt uneasy without an explanation. That was the video, “Phantom of the Abandoned House”. The door was on the main level of the house. I’m not sure where it led. Only what was on the other side of that door knew. It was a very mysterious force.

Wooaa this has to be with out a doubt the most disgusting house so much left you are brave opening that fridge such a shame from the out side it looks to be restorable but I guess developers will make some thing nice there so glad to see you back exploring Pam :-)

Developers buy up all those single family homes to build apartments and CRAM in as many people as possible. Nice explore. You should have rescued the penguin picture!
Well, first off, the baking soda in the fridge is NOT doing its job. 🤢Also the person who thought the dog house might be a well pump shed could be correct. Dog houses rarely have doors. Small bedrooms, but I loved the large living room and that deck was awesome!
Mold and decayed food can be serious health hazard !
The tiny shed you referred to as a dog house reminds me of a well pump shed with the pump missing(scrapped?). Thanks for another great video!!!!

Hi Tiki, at 1:30 on the table , panties and canned fruits! Fruit Of Looms panties i guess! 🤣 Yucky house, in Toronto a house like that would worth over $ 1,000,000. @@TikiTrex oh yes...that is really all a person needs for youtube. I use galaxy s23 ultra. However I shoot in 1080p 30fps then export after editing in 4K.

looks like a case of grandma/pa died and no one wanted the house and only took what they wanted and left the rest to rot. That is if there was next of kin to begin with. Looks like it was once a nice little house.

Hey Tiki I love your videos and been a sub for years, but I have always wondered if any places that you have explored have been reclaimed or restored?
Thank you. None that I’m aware of but I haven’t returned to all of the locations as many are far away. Most of the more local ones were slated for demolition which did come to fruition. There was an abandoned subdivision in Florida I explored that was fixed up and used again, however.
Areas like this one with abandoned houses, how much would it cost to buy a house you think ? i mean if there is a house that is worth saving that is..
