Just done this munro yesterday , and re-watched this vid and Paul's..cycling to the Lodge was right . I tried to follow Walkhighlands way and to be honest , fucking big mistake . I was in the fog and went all sorts of directions 😳 Don't tell Paul but by going by his vid it almost looks like he missed the true summit.. Its a big stone cairn and by going with my Garmin its the highest of the three tops .. The one Paul is on is small , just like the second top you hit coming up his and my way ?
🤣🤣 yeh I heard it was a bit boggy and undulating going the WH route, we still had a bit from the lodge but not that much, I’ll need to watch Paul’s again see what cairn they were on. Did you get views from summit.?
@@hikingwithfrank315 but when I descended it was clear under about 500m.... So I could see the lodge for the first time.. And the trees where my bike was.. The direct route to the Lodge one the day.. And onto the track 👍 I went to high going the WH way , ended up cutting over a couple of wee gorges .. If I had known I could have went up the other shoulder I would have , and its not as steep..ah well its done now... But if the girlfriend wants to do it sometime I know have the knowledge 👍.. We're heading to Skye on Tuesday to try for some Munros, got a guide for the inn-pin on Friday .. And right now the weather looks good for it👍
