I'm having trouble with the pre-chorus. When I play the chords along with the song at that part, they don't match up. Am I doing something wrong. Also, could you maybe make a video playing the whole thing through so I can understand?

what fingers do you use for fingerpicking? I use my thumb because when i try to pluck with my middle or index it sounds weak
I use my thumb also. With playing more you will build strength in your middle and index finger. Keep it up!

If we choose the picking which sounds great, does the whole song just use c and f or do we still have to use the other chords
So you would still have to play the other chords too. You can still strum those chords

So iv never done picking on the ukulele before and I can do the start but one it's gets to the numbers I'm so confused can some please explain it would help me a lot x
To explain the numbers - those represent the frets that your going to play. Example: if there is a 2 on the A string, you will put your finger on the 2nd fret, A string.

What is cmaj7? You had your finger on the c for cmaj7. I don't really understand cmaj7, so at 4:38 I'm going to swap the cmaj7 for a c.

It was really hard to follow all of without knowing what the lyrics were at each part
I do think it is hard to follow without knowing where the lyrics are. Working on that to make my vids better

I don’t understand the numbers for the picking and I’m gonna have a mental breakdown
So, the numbers represent the fret that you place your fingers on.
For Example to play the chord C it looks like this
A ---3--------
E ---0--------
C ---0--------
G ---0--------
You place your finger on the 3rd fret of the A (last/bottom) string. The 0’s for the GCE strings you don’t place your fingers on the fret. Then strum it with your strumming hand. It’s a little difficult to explain in the comments so I’ll probably make a video on this.
