You said to "use more lidocaine than less". However, you forgot to mention that it is important to calculate the lidocaine dose according to the body weight in order to prevent lidocaine overdose.

I was 4 years old when I broke my femur and had this done. I can still remember how bad it hurt when they had to clean the pins, but I don’t remember the pain of actually breaking my leg.
