- Not too long ago, I made a video expressing my concerns about The Apocalyptic Trilogy by APTeam, essentially pointing out things that looked like it would play poorly, and make for a bad playing experience. I have a lot of passion for the original trilogy of levels bloodbath, cataclysm, and aftermath, and want this to be the best level it could be, so Zimnyte, the owner of APTeam reached out and offered me to try the level for myself first hand. Was I wrong about my prediction?? Find out.

imo TAT is going to be one of the most insane nerve control levels
i mean... just think how nervous you're gonna be once you get to aftermath, the intensity goes up until the very end when the music slows down, which in some cases makes it feel pretty scary on its own

Oh another thing I want to address is Ive seen some people say that adding bloodlust parts would be good, I disagree tbh, this level aims to stay true to cata, bb and aftermath
I think adding the first ship of bloodlust would make it okay but if they replaced any part of aftermath with a part of the bloodlust extension it would ruin the concept of the level coz it's supposed to be cata, bb and aftermath not cata and bl

the fact that APteam are open to suggestions and actually change things up and make it much better to play is super good and they earned my respect.

9:44 i know i'm late to the party but if i had to guess i'd say you're actually expected to jump into the portal late so it can kill your vertical momentum. that trick is kinda finnicky, but it seems a lot more repeatable than what you're doing here

As someone who’s hardest is a hard demon, the gameplay of this level doesnt matter to me. So, even tho nobody asked for my opinion on the deco, ima provide it anyway.
This level looks great, but it just feels stale. All of the parts are visually impressive, but as a whole, it feels like there’s no progression from start to end. I want to hear other opinions tho!

It's easy if you know you can beat bloodbath,cataclysm and aftermath, overall it's a good top 10
all three were superbuffed, now its being nerfed to tartarus difficulty

That would have been very interesting to see. The Apocalyptic Trilogy seems to be true to the gameplay of Cataclysm, Bloodbath, and Aftermath, but the inclusion of the dual in Quest for Perfection would have been pretty neat to see.
