I run out of Elberfeld, IN. Been at it for 5 years. I learned early on It's not about being fast, it's about being efficient. I average about 10-11 hours a day. I could go faster but it's easy to get exhausted and make mistakes. Fortunately I have the same customers every week, my route very seldom ever changes. I train the new guys I have to try and be the same way. This job isn't for everyone. Stay safe out there driver.
Question....i worked for a beer distributor and when new product was delivered we had to rotate product.....new product being delivered had to be placed ob the bottom and the product that was already there had to be placed on top so nothing gets expired...do you also have to do that
Gonna tell you whu that pallet was sitting there it's because another driver dropped there product off there & went on to his next stop ! But once you get some time in try the liquor business not beer they usually pay pretty good
Love your postive attitude and smart information for drivers.
God Bless you and your family! Stay safe and focused.
I applaud your for your hard work!.

Do you guys get paid salary? Or how? Just wondering like if you have a 10 hour day one day then 5 hour the next. How does that work out?
We get paid commission/hourly/and a day rate it’s really confusing. One day I might make a video explaining it!
And every location different. Like previously I was hourly it varies.
@@aosaa1368i just got hired there. That’s the same pay structure we got and I don’t understand. Can you do a video breakdown
Pepsi plant you work at don’t have enough hand truck?
At the time no, but I have one now.
