Recently got my cdl 6 months ago and applied at Pepsi was wondering if you don’t have much experience driving do they teach you driving in orientation.
How long was the orientation? I have mines next week 💪🏼
Are they manual trucks or automatic
What state are out from? I job a job offer,… I’m waiting for them to send me a orientation date

When can I expect to hear from a company. I’ve applied to Coca Cola, Pepsi, & Dr Pepper waiting for a response because I’ve applied about 20 days ago.
The whole process takes a long time man. From them contacting you about the position and especially the background check smh took almost two months
New driver here. I have two month with my cdl a. I have been applying to pepsi sysco and every single local trucking job possible here in miami and still no luck.. hope i can get into pepsi someday sounds like a very good company for local job. Its hard to get that first job since every company seems like only hiring with at least 6 months experiencie
Did u try coke a cola they hire new drivers frequently and prefer new drivers
Same man , I’m in Chicago , Gordon food , Sysco and Pepsi are all rejecting me left and right CAs of the 6 month -1 year minimum experience 😓😂

Same here brother I’ve had my cdl for a month and have been rejected by just about everywhere I applied for. Everyone wants experience no one wants to give it.

Congrats on the job man! I just interviewed on May 24th. Waiting to hear back with an offer hopefully! How long after your interview until you got a response?? Getting kinda anxious as they told me id hear back in a week.

@@kevingonzalez5178 you're kidding, right ? 😀 UPS is easiest job ever to the point it's boring. Pepsi will work your ass of, they'll have you making deliveries to the stores, where you will have to manually move heavy beverages, and they watch you via driver facing cameras. UPS is no touch freight.

@@kevingonzalez5178 why are you laughing ? 🤣😁 No touch freight and no paperwork. This is the easiest job I ever had, and I worked for like 10 different companies through my career - regional, local, containers, rail yards, mail, LTL, you name it 😜😜😜
Interviewed about 2 weeks ago now…how long does it take to hear back? The portal says something about look for an email
How long did they take to reach out to you after you put in your application?
@@slapadab6838for me it took 2-3 weeks but they said although my resume looks well qualified that they pursued someone else at the time (I am currently in a contract until Aug 2024 so that could be the reason)
April 1st I submitted my application
May 1st they reached out to set up an interview for that week waiting to hear back for hopefully an offer letter…

Sysco made me become a truck. Unfortunately, I wanna leave them for Pepsico. I'm still thinking if that is a wise decision. Lol

What? If that's the case, person orientation is easy. Sysco is a whole week. Lol
You’ll make way more money were your at now. Just dropping groceries of then having to drop and merchandise product in the store.
