I face everything when I stock my accounts. It's really doesn't take that much longer to face it as you put it on the shelf. And efficiency is definitely key with this job. I preach it to a lot of new drivers. You can be fast but if you aren't efficient, you are just wasting time.
I like the odd pack sizing at these "dollar" stores, the 15 pack, 1.25L, etc. It makes it really hard for the consumer to figure out that the drinks are just as expensive or more so than the grocery store.
Damn that’s a lot of work to do I always thought y’all just deliver them and the stockers or cashiers would stock them but anyways love the video brotha keep em coming and keep grinding 💯🤙🏽
Most hated place to go is Dollar General, Family dollar, and some Market that order 100+ cases that driver have to pack out. other than that it's a hard work.
before the love got to say they get payed very good for what they its hard but pay a'int bad im a ASM at DG i love seeing my pepsi guys understand when theres a line everyones in a while ill just run the scan sheet since its same driver and reps 90% of the time there's been time when i have frito coke pepsi and fresh and frozen all at once show that to them one day and last that be a family dollar lol but great video good job
Oh man you ever get there and unload only to find out an account is now cash only and the merchant is like wtf because the sales rep has dropped the ball and then have to reload the truck to find out the issue got fixed and unload the truck again
That’s the worst…. It’s happened to me. Especially if It’s not one of my usual customers, I’ll check the payment terms and check with the customer before unloading.
I've been doing this for 3 years and bro I know you haven't done it long but stuffing 2 liters up there like that was rough to watch. Pro tip though use the pallet jack to push the sled in front of it so you can bring all 3 boards at once. Also when stocking 20oz put all the old stuff to the left and keep 3 out to have cold ones facing out
@@mr.joshua204 everybody’s opinion will be different but I’m grateful for what Pepsi does for me and my family. But I respect your opinion. Pepsi or any job in general is what you put in you get out.
@@aosaa1368 I'll Back stock whenever I can. I learned tricks, for example, if mountain dew has two racks, one is filled, the other is low, ill just take from the full rack and even them out, then Back stock the new case of mountain dew. Or sometimes I make a pity story on some accounts about how I'm low on time, and ask if I can drop or if they can help me stock. In the summer, id fill the coolers 6 bottles deep because that's as far as you can see from the outside and the gas station employees will assume it's full.
It literally depends on the day. That day I had like 13 stops. And no not all store are Ike this it depends on the store. We have Drop accounts as well.
each pallet is labeled with a paper stating what stop is what. And if you want to be super sure we can look at each item coming in on our phone and match that with what’s on our truck.
damn bro that's honestly crazy to me that you have to stock as well as deliver. Did you know that signing up? I guess it keeps u busy and makes time go faster.
Honestly I didn’t, but in time I realized Pepsi compensates you more for more work load. So I was able to adapt to it. And it definitely keeps you busy.
@@aosaa1368 Intersting, the sports stadium I used to work at maybe didn't know about that because they always seemed to try and sell expired product during certain times of the year.

That's the way it should be pepsi likes to exploit their workers
Ohhh no pepsi is no joke, it's a lot of work

No never experienced that, but I have experienced delivering the wrong load to a store and had to go back and pick up tho
Haha I have to hear about that often when my husband gets home from work. Pepsi, Seattle here.
That’s the worst…. It’s happened to me. Especially if It’s not one of my usual customers, I’ll check the payment terms and check with the customer before unloading.
I have had this happen a few times, I leave it and let the rep figure it out
@aosaa1368 this is the worst lol
Dude maybe you should charge the pallet jack when you get back to the warehouse

Makes me wanna work for Pepsi!
I do this for Coke! It’s not for the weak lol. Very rewarding job !
Exactly!!
..no...its not rewarding.

Alot of family dollars by me always take scan sheets
Love when they're willing to do it. Some wanna be difficult and make you dig up the product to scan every piece
I like your content did you got school for your cdl I wish your videos was longer god bless
I really appreciate the compliment. And yes I did go to CDL school for my Class A License. And Ill start making some longer videos.
I hate stocking what we bring in. Fun fact alot of other pepsi locations do drops, they never stock
Lol, I know but if you don’t stock over here you get called in on. I’m use to anyways and personally I feel Pepsi pay me good to stock a lil anyways

so how many stops or routes did you have besides this one? did they all require you to stock shelves and break down the boxes like this?
It literally depends on the day. That day I had like 13 stops. And no not all store are Ike this it depends on the store. We have Drop accounts as well.
What would you do if someone rob you as you trying to unload ? Things getting rough out there stay safe my brother.
You not stocking them right. Old in front, new in back
I saw that as well. But I wonder if that’s the stores job to do, and he’s just an unloader. Idk though
I was thinking the same....no wonder I've bought expired pepsi at dollar general.
Not a lot of third party Pepsi companies are paying hourly, so it’s pretty much based on performance
Lol when you're a driver there's no time for all that. Bad enough you gotta merch a stop and you're not getting paid hourly
What’s up bro. I’m in mesquite too. What they start the fresh outta school drivers at?
70-80k is the average driver here.
got to add i would love it if i had you a driver you face are rep goes crazy that his drivers dont running u boat back stock or face or pulling
how do you know what goes to each stop?
each pallet is labeled with a paper stating what stop is what. And if you want to be super sure we can look at each item coming in on our phone and match that with what’s on our truck.
Whats the hours like and work schedule at Pepsi?
10+ hours
yo what box cutter do you use?? hard to find a good one and yours seems valid👌🏼

How many cases u averaging a day?
I’m a support driver so I don’t have a average case count but I’d say around 650-1000 cases a day
So I see you don't FIFO, so what happens to product that expires on the shelf?
It’s called a credit. And we give them partial credit and the drivers pick them up at the end of our delivery. And Pepsi recycles everything.
