- Seven Adelaide Recumbent Riders (ARR), fly the jolly roger and ride their recumbent trikes along the scenic coast from Goolwa, South Australia to Victor Harbour, stopping at the well known Pt Elliott Bakery for brunch....
I really enjoyed the new post. Of course, since my wife and I ride our Greenspeed GT's together when we can, I also enjoyed the videos of you and your wife riding together. I hope you'll be posting more of those rides as well.
i really enjoy watching your video keep it up enjoy your ride
Looks like it was a very nice ride. Glad to see the new post.
Really enjoy your videos guys, my hubby and I also have recumbents your videos have given me the confidence to go exploring more. We were really interested in your dog deterrer
from a previous one and have dogs been an issue for you at all. Keep up the great videos and happy triking..... PS, I also now have a big pink fish streaming from my electric trike 😀😀. Julie and Alan Werner
thanks for that great video i really enoyed it
Are you making more videos? Yours have great sound quality and balance (music and wind don't over power your voice) and pretty steady cam. I use them to ride indoors with a trainer while it's freezing here, so please, I beg you, post more! Lots more!
Great video, pity it was ruined by the unnecessary music!.... despite this I have subscribed as it reminds me of the fantastic time we had on our recent trip down under to Australia. Fabulous place and great people .
I really enjoy your videos when are going to make some more!!

I enjoyed the whole ride, thanks
Your riding friend had a small faring, can you tell me about it please?
+Dick Gibson Message Ray from the comment below, it is part of a canopy he uses...
How many batteries did you use for the 48 minutes? Did your phone last the distance without a top-up?
As an ex South Australian, I really enjoyed that. Seems quite a long day to have to return as well but I suppose the logistics of a one way trip would be even harder. Do you hire a truck to carry the trikes to and from Adelaide or use individual transport? If the latter, do you use SUV's or trailers or what?-Hervey Bay triker.
Hi Keith, yes most trikes fold and front wheels pop off so I can get several into a large 4WD or van etc. We tend to drive to start point and either have a car at the other end to shuttle a driver back or ride a loop. Cheers,
I envy you the area you get to ride in. I would love to ride there some day. Also that set of railroad tracks you ride beside, are they still in use? Keep up the great video's. James from Wyoming.
+James Hart Thanks, yes the tracks were historically part of a regular train service but these days they are mainly used by the "Cockle Train" which is usually a steam engine pulling tourists along the coast. A cockle is a local shell fish found on local beaches (like a tiny clam about an inch long), they make good bait and some people eat them but they are a bit rubbery. If you are in Wyoming maybe you get a chance to go into Yellowstone? The docos look amazing, I would love to cycle through there....! Bye for now
+SA Triker Back in 1982 did a two week bike tour of Yellowstone on a two wheeled upright bike. Had the wrong gears so it was a bit tough. Yeah, a three wheeler would be good, specially if you got stopped by a critter jam. But there is one heck of a high summit you have to go over. So keep up the good video's, love seeing your part of the world.
The trike on the left is an ICE Sprint X FS
+Ray Galvin What can you tell me about your fairing and canopy that you use please. We can talk easier on FB if you want?
when you guys ride long dinstances do you guys use km miles or just plain miles per hour
Hey, still lurking about? Its been at least a year since you posted anything.
1:17 Pink Floyd fan detected!
+Sabatheus We noticed too... I think 'wish you were here' seems appropriate, 'comfortably numb' wouldn't apply to trikes would it...
Priates? On the title of the video as well as on the title card? Oops! Or maybe it is an Aussie thing?
Arrr! (ARR Adelaide Recumbent Riders with jolly roger flag)
I got up to the four minute mark but found the music annoying. I would much rather have no music and just listen to the banter that goes on. If you know the area well, maybe you could give us some interesting information? Sorry I couldn’t keep going. I’ll try again later. Cheers from Madora Bay Western Australia
What music am I hearing at 16:45? I really like it.
+Joseph Southam This is a copyright free version of a track called Candyland by an artist called Tobu. Cheers,
Facebook works for me
Nice video RUINED by dreadful brain damaging "music"! Had to watch with the sound turned off.
