Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.” It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures. He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" @@Klick17 Cats are considered ritually clean animals in Islam. They are allowed to enter homes and mosques. Muhammad himself was said to have been very fond of our purring little furbabies. Islam is actually very clear about kindness to cats. This man's reaction to the cat is not surprising in the least.
@@Klick17 I suppose it's because Islam is heavily steeped in cleanliness. “Cleanliness invites toward faith, and faith leads its possessor to the Garden.” is from Prophet Muhammad. If you believe that cleanliness is next to godliness, and you also believe animals are created by your god, then a clean animal is surely going to be considered a special beast indeed. Cats happen to be one of those clean beasts. So really, it'd have been OUT of character for that man, a devout Muslim, to have treated that cat any way differently than he did.

Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.” It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures. The Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) said: Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. " حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ". قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ. He came across a well, went down into it, and drank and then climbed out. In front of him he found a dog panting, eating the dust out of thirst. The man said, 'This dog is as thirsty as I was.' He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih (sound)]. وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ -فِي اَلْهِرَّةِ-: { إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِنَجَسٍ, إِنَّمَا هِيَ مِنْ اَلطَّوَّافِينَ عَلَيْكُمْ }

Aww. Does this mean my kitty loves me?😊 When humanity and nature colide. Absolutely beautiful. They say animals know who is good and whose not so great. I've had MANY experiences with wild animals people probably wouldn't believe me if I told them the stories. All true stories though. I think it's a blessing to have animals feel comfortable around humans when normally they wouldn't. So amazing! Just last weekend two wild bunnies allowed me into their space. They didn't run off, they didn't freeze either. They kept eating, watching me. I got closer and still they stayed. I sat down and actually told them how beautiful they were. I was less than 2ft from them. I sat there and told them I was thankful they allowed me so close. They hopped away together, slowly. Before they ran off out of my sight they both turned back and looked at me, I waved and that was that. It was such a fulfilling experience to go through. It helped me for the next 3 days with my depression. It helped me be calm when my car broke down in those 3 days after. I dont know how to explain it, but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I also had a family maybe even 2 families of skunks allow me to get close enough to pet their babies!! No joke! Friggin skunks!!! They didn't spray me at all. I was blown away by that too. That was a very intense experience. I was asking God to keep my children in the house because I knew my loud children would frighten them enough to make them spray, attack or run away. My children didn't come outside the entire time. I was actually able to pet wild baby skunks with no problem. I do not know how to explain it. they let me take pictures and video. I have to find it. But yeah, it was another experience I can not explain. Other than maybe God, animal and human working as one? God was showing me that anything is possible? Maybe he was showing me it is past time I forgive myself for my mistakes, maybe he was showing me, look.. you aren't the person others may make you out to be, maybe that has been Gods way of showing me, I SAY.. not what the world may say? I can't explain it. Maybe there are experts in both animal husbandry and religion that can explain it to me. I'm more than willing to hear what others may think it means? I didn't go skunk watching, they came to me. I didn't go bunny watching, they came to me. I've had it happen with deer and a racoon too. I dont know how to explain it. Family and friends pets always love me and seem to have almost an immediate attachment. I dont know how to explain it at all.

Solomon had a Hoopoe as an informant and spoke to an Ant. From the Quran ( 38 ) And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. And it's considered a charity to leave trees for humans and animals to eat from after death. Oh, well. I have no faith at all and feel no urge to pray. But I had this workmate, a strictly observant muslim, who set a corner in the warehouse for his prays. I was deeply shoked to see the dedication and devotion mesmerizing him during the praytime. I think that not even electrocution would made him flinch, much less a cat. I ended up helping him to better dial in the qibla for his pray spot. 😊

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَمْشِي بِطَرِيقٍ اشْتَدَّ بِهِ الْعَطَشُ، فَوَجَدَ بِئْرًا فَنَزَلَ فِيهَا، فَشَرِبَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ، فَإِذَا كَلْبٌ يَلْهَثُ، يَأْكُلُ الثَّرَى مِنَ الْعَطَشِ، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: لَقَدْ بَلَغَ هَذَا الْكَلْبَ مِنَ الْعَطَشِ مِثْلُ الَّذِي كَانَ بَلَغَنِي، فَنَزَلَ الْبِئْرَ فَمَلَأَ خُفَّاهُ، ثُمَّ أَمْسَكَهَا بِفِيهِ، فَسَقَى الْكَلْبَ، فَشَكَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ، فَغَفَرَ لَهُ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَإِنَّ لَنَا فِي الْبَهَائِمِ أَجْرًا؟ قَالَ: فِي كُلِّ ذَاتِ كَبِدٍ رَطْبَةٍ أَجْرٌ.

Narrated Abu Qatada (rad): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said about the cat that, “It is not unclean, but is one of those who intermingle with you.” [Reported by Al-Arba’a. At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Khuzaima graded it Sahih (sound)].

Here's the translation of what the imam's
reading
Surah Al-Anaam
Those who give partners (to Allah. will say: "If Allah had wished, we should not have given partners to Him nor would our fathers; nor should we have had any taboos." So did their ancestors argue falsely, until they tasted of Our wrath. Say: "Have ye any (certain) knowledge? If so, produce it before us. Ye follow nothing but conjecture: ye do nothing but lie."verse 148
Then say to them: '(As against your argument) Allah's is the conclusive argument. Surely, had He willed, He would have guided you all to the Truth. *verse 149
One of prophet Muhammad's pbuh companions was known as Abu Hurairah ( lit. 'Father of the Kitten') for his attachment to cats.
The Imam is reciting this holy Aya (verse) from the holy Qur'an:
﴿ سَيَقولُ الَّذينَ أَشرَكوا لَو شاءَ اللَّهُ ما أَشرَكنا وَلا آباؤُنا وَلا حَرَّمنا مِن شَيءٍ كَذلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم حَتّى ذاقوا بَأسَنا قُل هَل عِندَكُم مِن عِلمٍ فَتُخرِجوهُ لَنا إِن تَتَّبِعونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِن أَنتُم إِلّا تَخرُصونَ ﴾ [6:148] - الأنعام
Translation:
The polytheists will argue, “Had it been Allah’s Will, neither we nor our forefathers would have associated others with Him ˹in worship˺ or made anything unlawful.” Likewise, those before them rejected the truth until they tasted Our punishment. Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.”
It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures.
The Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) said:
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. "
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ". قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ.
And:
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "One day a man became very thirsty while walking down the road. He came across a well, went down into it, and drank and then climbed out. In front of him he found a dog panting, eating the dust out of thirst. The man said, 'This dog is as thirsty as I was.' He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" He said, "There is a reward on account of every living thing."

💠Why Islam and not other religions⁉️
1️⃣- Islam gives logical and simple idea for God - He is a perfect God - He is neither a man nor a son of man nor an Idol or a Godhead (trinity) nor limited nor created - He is totally uncomparable, unique and to Himbelongs all the good particularities, names, attributes and oneness.
2️⃣-Islam accepts all Messengers and Prophets of God - about 124000 Prophets and 314 Messengers, peace be upon them all.
In Islam, we love all the Prophets of God and we can't deny any of them - while in other religions such as Judaism for example - they reject Jesus and Mohammed -- and in Christianity they reject Muhammad ... but in Islam,we accept all Prohets without discrimination.
3️⃣-In Islam, there is no mediator between you and God -- you can pray to God directly - there is no need for someone in between.
4️⃣- Islam is the Only religion that is Not named after a person or a tribe or a group, its name means submission to the One True God, if anyone anywhere at any time lived the life of submission to the true God alone , then heis a Muslim.
5️⃣- In Islam (worship) is not about mere rituals.
it's a comprehensive term that includes any deed that pleases God. All good deeds are types of worship : smiling, being sincere at work, saying a nice word, and even treating one's spouse gently, all this is greatly rewarded by God.On the other hand, any deed that doesn't please God is a sin;talking bad about people is a sin, cheating, lying, hurting innocent people, harming the environment, etc.
6️⃣-In Islam, God is always Forgiving - if you always repent (before death ) He will just accept you no matter how great sins you did.He forgives us out of His own grace - there is no price to be paid in order for Him to forgive.So, it's not like Christianity which says that God can't forgive except by blood of Jesus.
7️⃣-Islam is a way of life - it organises each aspect in your life.It has solutions and divine guidelines to problems in your life .
8️⃣-The amazing sources of Islam were also collected and saved.They are intact, never distorted.This never happened to any book in history.These sources, the Holy Qur'an - the Speech of God, and the Sunna

In another report, it is said:

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said:
“Angels do not enter a house wherein there is a dog or an animate picture.” (Reported by Bukhari).
And yes, Hadith's are the alleged sayings, doings and abstentions of Prophet Muhammad, and we are told that hadith literature explains the Quran. Without hadith, we are told that the Quran would apparently be a mass of ambiguities and cannot be applied.

Translation:
The polytheists will argue, “Had it been Allah’s Will, neither we nor our forefathers would have associated others with Him ˹in worship˺ or made anything unlawful.” Likewise, those before them rejected the truth until they tasted Our punishment. Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.”
It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures.
The Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) said:
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. "
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ". قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ.

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "One day a man became very thirsty while walking down the road. He came across a well, went down into it, and drank and then climbed out. In front of him he found a dog panting, eating the dust out of thirst. The man said, 'This dog is as thirsty as I was.' He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" He said, "There is a reward on account of every living thing."

وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ -فِي اَلْهِرَّةِ-: { إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِنَجَسٍ, إِنَّمَا هِيَ مِنْ اَلطَّوَّافِينَ عَلَيْكُمْ }

Believe in only Allah & the prophet Muhammad before you die, nonbeliever will be forbidden to go to heaven/ Jannah, and will not get a 2nd chance to get back to earth even though he/ she will cry. This life is a test, Allah wants to see what you do after you get full freedom, you have enough knowledge to find out what is the true religion by like reading Quran & compare with other religion books, Quran is where Allah tells you what to do & why you were sent here (it's not a speech of Muhammad although Quran was sent through him so he can spread it), you'll have to ANSWER for everything you do. If you can see Allah, what's the point of the test, note it....

I've had MANY experiences with wild animals people probably wouldn't believe me if I told them the stories. All true stories though. I think it's a blessing to have animals feel comfortable around humans when normally they wouldn't. So amazing!
Just last weekend two wild bunnies allowed me into their space. They didn't run off, they didn't freeze either. They kept eating, watching me. I got closer and still they stayed. I sat down and actually told them how beautiful they were. I was less than 2ft from them. I sat there and told them I was thankful they allowed me so close. They hopped away together, slowly. Before they ran off out of my sight they both turned back and looked at me, I waved and that was that. It was such a fulfilling experience to go through. It helped me for the next 3 days with my depression. It helped me be calm when my car broke down in those 3 days after. I dont know how to explain it, but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I also had a family maybe even 2 families of skunks allow me to get close enough to pet their babies!! No joke! Friggin skunks!!! They didn't spray me at all. I was blown away by that too. That was a very intense experience. I was asking God to keep my children in the house because I knew my loud children would frighten them enough to make them spray, attack or run away. My children didn't come outside the entire time.
I was actually able to pet wild baby skunks with no problem. I do not know how to explain it. they let me take pictures and video. I have to find it. But yeah, it was another experience I can not explain. Other than maybe God, animal and human working as one?
God was showing me that anything is possible? Maybe he was showing me it is past time I forgive myself for my mistakes, maybe he was showing me, look.. you aren't the person others may make you out to be, maybe that has been Gods way of showing me, I SAY.. not what the world may say? I can't explain it. Maybe there are experts in both animal husbandry and religion that can explain it to me.
I'm more than willing to hear what others may think it means? I didn't go skunk watching, they came to me. I didn't go bunny watching, they came to me. I've had it happen with deer and a racoon too. I dont know how to explain it. Family and friends pets always love me and seem to have almost an immediate attachment. I dont know how to explain it at all.

But I had this workmate, a strictly observant muslim, who set a corner in the warehouse for his prays.
I was deeply shoked to see the dedication and devotion mesmerizing him during the praytime. I think that not even electrocution would made him flinch, much less a cat.
I ended up helping him to better dial in the qibla for his pray spot. 😊
