Ab kaise ho
Findings:
Transitional L5 vertebra with sacralization of L5 as counted from above, to be confirmed on AP skiagram.
Schmorl's node is seen at D12-LI level.
Marginal osteophytes are arising from vertebral bodies, with degenerative end plate changes Vertebrae, otherwise normal in signal intensity and height.
Diffuse disc bulge is seen at 1.3-4 level indenting the thecal sac with mild narrowing of bilateral
neural foramina.
Disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge with posterocentral disc extrusion with mild caudal migration is seen at L4-5 level indenting the thecal sac with mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and mild to moderate narrowing of left lateral recess with impingement over left traversing nerve roots.
No facetal arthropathy and ligamentum flava thickening is seen.
Pre, paravertebral soft tissue appears normal. Visualized spinal cord appears normal in morphology and signal intensity.
Please correlate clinically. Sir keya ye thik ho jaye ga keya
