Realistic down to the part where Voldemort listed Harvey Weinstein as his inspiration for role of a creepy sociopath
He was well known before he was caught. Kinda like that Jimmy Saville... thing...
Because he advised him on what to do in that scene!
Gotta do the most iconic villain of them all: Heath Ledger's Joker.
Joker in The Patriot. Joker in 10 Things I Hate About You. Joker in Brokeback Mountain. Joker in A Knight's Tale.
This is my favorite suggestion I've seen on here
Thisss
this
Imagine if they also brought someone in who could do a good heath ledger joker impression to just say all the lines too lol
Can't believe it has already been 14 years since he passed the other day, just nuts to think what amazing performances we've missed out on
Oh please, please, PLEASE turn Gollum back into Andy Serkis! That would be such an interesting challenge and so funny at the same time!
I don`t think they can do it.
@@EdgarFroes i bet it's just deepfaking andy's face not his body but then his voice will be voiced by andy serkis himself as gollum in person. It would be funny that gollum would sound normal.
They would need to do the whole body though, because it'd be really weird to have a normal human head on that body. Or maybe not? Weird is certainly an option worth considering.
They could possibly do it by acting out Gollum's parts infront of a greenscreen, add that footage over the top, then run it through deep fake software to add Andy's on. It'd be a crazy amount of work though, even for only a few shots.
AND then let him come to your place and react to the video. That would be nice.
Put Hugo Weaving as either Red Skull or Agent Smith and put him in his other films, like LotR, or even John Leguizamo as Clown from Spawn...that would be a fun challenge.
Agent Smith in LotR would be awesome indeed!
Yeah I second that
Third
dat would be tufff
Spawn challenge 👊
Alternatively: "We put the Grand Budapest guy into all of Voldemort's scenes"
"Get your hands off my Horcrux!"
"The Potters are dead. And you think I did it."
(beat)
[Runs away]
😂😂💀
Please! Do this! Someone calls Voldemort something like a coward and he goes “well how is that supposed to make me feel?”
Very good.
Now imagine putting everyone in the Corridor Crew in other movies
Thats a whole other story
That sounds amazing
Corridor Crew presents... Kylo Wren
Nah
That would be amazing.
Thought: Adam Savage has enjoyed being so many characters from movies... what about "deep faking" him into the roles he's mimicked at various times? (Mostly at Comic-Con) (these include: Judge Dredd, Chewbacca, A Ring-Wraith, No Face, Admiral Ackbar, Alien, Rocketeer, Storm Trooper, Indiana Jones, Jamie, Joker, Jack Sparrow, and more.)
As always, thank you so very much for the video.
This^^
And Adam would definitely love it.
Having a sitcom of Voldemort's everyday slice of life would be hilarious. Lol
Niko is such a presence. He comes on screen, starts talking and the world seems to slow down and relax
IMO Wren has a better camera presense.
agreed. niko is a talent
Yea that’s the type of boss I’d want to work for
Meanwhile Jake shows up and everybody changes to the next video.
At one point my friends told me that Niko is "...like a California you" which I took as a nice compliment
I’d love to see Josh Brolin into Thanos, especially for Deadpool 2 where Deadpool even calls him Thanos.
daaamn yeah!
Josh turns into Thanos once Deadpools calls him Thanos
This would be amazing! Even funnier, have him wearing stilts to make himself taller
Thanos on a pink girls' bike, wailing over a cliff edge simply has to be done!
That would be too hard and it would take much more time cause it's full CGI. Plus, the proportions are different.
Are we gonna ignore the fact that Wren calls Ralph Fiennes "Ray Fines" like bajillion times in this vid? D:
Is that like an insider nick name? I did a quick google and wikipedia search. I can't find a single reference.
Nope. That's how you say it. "Rayf". Drives me nuts every time I remember it. it's not pronounced like "Ralf". it's "Rayf".
Davy Jones in other movies would be pretty amazing, but I'm sure you'll probably hate me for suggesting it lol
Sounds so difficult but it would be so good...
Had the same idea. Bill Nighy is such a great actor and Davy Jones was his most famous role where you got to see the least of his face. It would be so AWESOME in place of the fading rockstar radio interview in Love Actually!
I really like that the edit of the interview itself makes it sounds like Voldemort, because he's saying villainous things. Although I will say there are a few times the effect is a little blurry, like maybe a little film grain was needed to sell some of the film footage.
Yep, a couple of times the nose slits looked really blurry. Other than that, It was perfect
Now I wanna see them do the inverse, where Voldemort's nose gets added back in for the HP movies without referencing the bts footage.
Was really hoping they’d do that for those couple clips of Voldemort featured in the interview.
Yes.
But make the nose obviously very fake
I thought it'd be fun, if they added an obviously fake nose into one of Voldemort's performances
Taika Watiti's Hitler from Jo Jo Rabbit, Imagine him giving the speech from Suicide Squad.
I really think the next one should be Hugo Weaving as agent Smith. Literally every time I see him, regardless of the scenario, my brain goes "Mr. Anderson" in the Smith voice.
This is a paraphrase from another channel:
“Calling CGI ‘computer generated image’ is like calling Mona Lisa ‘paint generated image’. CGIs are created by talented artists whose tool happens to involve computers.”
Oh my god I watched that video yesterday but I can't for the hell of it figure out what channel it was.
Although I agree, I think it’s because the average audience doesn’t know what to look for when it comes to cgi artistry. The aim of most paintings are to be realistic, and well, advanced technology can do that for us perfectly with ‘computer generated imagery’. The real artistic value comes in modeling, animating, and rotoscoping but that may not be realized since paintings have none of those characteristics.
My favorite part of watching the credits of Marvel movies (after the mid / post credits scenes) is looking for the *massive wall* of names listing the VFX crew. You *need* a lot of them to pull off the effects in a big-budget blockbuster
I mean yes, but CGI is literally an abbreviation of Computer Generated Image. It should be called Visual Effects and then the creators are Effects Artists.
CGI is the short term for Computer-generated imagery... but as Daniel Knight said, there are other terms for the artists and their work. Something can be CGI in the same way Mona Lisa is an oil painting. It just describes the elements used in the creative process.
0:40 Brilliant editing on the cut from mentioning "Amon Goeth" to his mention of "Harvey Weinstein" .
Right! That's what got a bitter laugh out of me
this could be such a good new series, taking one performer's character and dropping them into all of their other works
I'd love to see Jack Sparrow in all of Johnny Depp's other movies or something
Make Mark Ruffalo turn into the Hulk when he spoils the movies in interviews.
I’d love to see you guys deep fake Fiennes's Voldemort on to the back of Professor Quirrell in the first Harry Potter movie
Not that I don't want them to do it but AsArt did it and it's pretty good.

Do you have a link?
"We just downloaded this 3D model of Voldemort's head"
Not sure if I should be surprised or not that such a thing just already exists on the Internet
Now I want to see the "what if Voldemort had a nose?" video!
i love that wren has the leatherbound way of kings book on his desk. best book ever. Love your taste Wren.
I like the format of having the finished video up front. Obviously this is case specific and wouldn't work in competition videos or others but I hope you all do that again when appropriate
Yeah seeing the process *before* the final product kinda feels like having a magician explain the trick before performing it. It's great that they at least release the final product as a separate video on the other channel at the same time as the behind-the-scenes
Eh, I feel the opposite. Prefer it afterward.
Love how in depth you all go with EXACTLY how you did these amazing shots. Well done everybody, you all are incredibly talented
That scene was probably one of the best works you guys have done. It didn't look like another cg youtube video, it looked official, it looked like Voldemort. Man, made me realize how amazing your works would be if you spent an entire painstaking year for details and all.
We gotta have Joaqin Phoenix's Joker appearing in Her. Or, even better, other Jokers commenting or taking each other's roles.
We need Voldemore of this
😤 take my like and leave
Just gunna say the Voldemort laughs in this are timed to perfection
And they also from different dubs
The Klingon Kruge from Star Trek: The Search for Spock played by Christopher Lloyd. Put that Klingon face into Back to the Future.
that shot from Schindlers List behind Amon Goeth where he turns his head and you just barely see the volddemort face. So clean.
Oh believe me, we do more than just go "heh" at your videos.
You guys are genuinely incredible. I love ur videos. Great deep fake. Keep making amazing videos.😀
Bane's mask and voice to all of Tom Hardy's roles. That would be amazing.
I love this adjusted style !!!! i like that we see you guys planning, i like that editing comes before effects, the outcome feels fully main-channel quality, this is great.
"Anyway we just downloaded this 3D model of Voldemort's head"
Ah yes, of course
This... this is why I watch Corridor's videos
samesies, for the content, but also I pay very close attention to the guys and how they achieve specific effects.
a corridor crew video on my birthday. This has been a good day, that just got better!
The rundown videos are great, it’s fun watching what happens behind the scenes
What a great show of the various skills you guys have acquired over the years, really fantastic work!
⁸
Might be a bit of a challenge, but Davy Jones should absolutely appear on Villain Quarterly
Love the desktop backgrounds for the computers in the background.
You guys provide so much that I love and appreciate. Thank you.
I've waited nearly an entire year for the Harry Potter Part 2 reaction 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
Wow. Amazing content as usual.🤩
Seeing how much work and computer wizardry went into creating the end product makes the video so much more satisfying on the re-watch.
Absolutely love that you have The Way of Kings leatherbound at your desk.
Oh my gosh, I want Andy Serkis as Gollum so bad! Please make that happen, it would be hilarious!
A huge spotlight on his lighter side was missed by not including scenes from In Bruges, one of Voldemort's funniest works.
" *_YOU'RE_* AN INANIMATE-FUCKING-OBJECT!!! "
- Voldemort 😂
I would have loved to see that
I loved seeing the whole process from pitch to plan to product! It was soooooo good
Lovely work guys and I love the fact that every time I noticed a background shot with a monitor the face seem to be different in a small way
Many months ago you guys did Harry Potter VFX react and said there is gonna be part 2 and I am still waiting for that to happen.
I'd love to see you guys put Heath Ledger's Joker in replace of Jared Leto's.
love the bulleit bourbon just chilling next to the monitor at 6:51
Gary Oldman's role as Zorg in The Fifth Element. I'd love to see him in that wardrobe play Gordan from the Dark Knight movies.
my horrors of Voldemort taking over comes true
Jack Nicholson's Joker. I'd like to see that in a few of Jack's classic movies.
That would be brilliant. Start with a young Joker in Easy Rider and go through his roles in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Shining and Anger Management.
@@torstikinnunen3801 Chinatown?
Wren with the Stormlight Archive shirt is awesome.
Life before Death, Strength before Weakness, Journey before Destination.
Not just that, you can see the leatherbound Way of Kings edition on his desk at 3:17
A want to thank you Wren for introducing me to the Stormlight Archive.
I saw your leatherbound Way of Kings and it reminded me that it was you who first recommended the series so long ago.
Im finally first to my favorite channel.....I have peaked
You're not though kid
Now do a deepfake with your faces in movies! That would be hilarious!
Wren, your Stormlight shirts make me so happy. It's good to see another fan.
i love this style of video. So educational and inspiring.
We can all agree that Corridor Crew never disappoints us with their content
I concur with this
pretty funny how they changed the title and the thumbnail because of how shitty they were ROFL
made you click on the video :D
@@an. so I could communicate my disappointment with the editor
*One of the Best Edits Corridor Crew made!*
I really appreciate the Way of the Kings books in the background (3:16)
Putting him in Schindler’s List is just poor taste.
These Corridor Crew videos are getting stagnant
Fr 2017-2019 corridor was gold
How are they getting stagnant??
Just curious..
Not wanna be rude..
@@briskryant1286 Totally agree
@@navis_6383 It's just that these Sunday videos seem to follow the same formula week after week. I preferred the older videos where episodes were more unique, with unique challenges and VFX techniques. These videos just seem scripted to a certain extent.
One of my fave channels, thank you :) Have you guys done a dive into the car sequence at the beginning of John Wick 2?
Definitely prefer the new format where the finished product is at the beginning. Great work again folks!
Incredible Deepfake.
Putting Voldemort in Schindler's List seems a little distasteful idk
yeah
Yeah it definitely is.
Thank you for this video.
I gotta admit I've never seen what the Voldemort actor actually looks like in person. Such a difference and it's not even the nose. I'm absolutely blown away that someone so kind-looking in real life can become so effective as a movie villain.
And of course, thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill with VFX techniques. Watching you work your magic is... Well... Magical. Fantastic skill! I love how you always take a thing and always seem to know what to do to achieve the effect you're looking for. Incredible to watch.
The fact that I just finished watching the grand Budapest Hotel made this viewing even more enjoyable. You guys are crazy talented.
Loving that The Way of Kings leatherbound, Wren!!
Seeing the short right before its breakdown really helps this video to be insightful
Nice "The Way of Kings" Leather bound, Wren!
I love that background so so much ,they have used it in so many videos and now I relate them to this music 🎶 love it
Great video! Love the breakdown!
Really great stuff y’all are killing it
Wren, you just flexing with those Way of Kings leatherbounds on your desk? 😄 I always love catching the little Sanderson easter eggs you give us 👌
Stormlight shirt! I was suprised when i noticed that :D
With the focus on the foot I rly thought it will be a vessi sponsorship ( dont get me wrong I love all your sponsor segments tbh) but damn Dean you knocked this one straight out of the park. It's cool to see you at CC taking those type of sponsor that rather help people out there than just earning you lots of cash. Keep it up and get well soon Dean.
Dude I today completed watching all eight movies and the also the reunion after 20 years and I love this. I opened up youtube after that and saw this. You made my day. Hermione, Ron and Harry are the best. They acted well
I can't wait to see Two-face as Aaron Eckhart in No Reservations
Wrens enthusiasm is so infectious. I want him to teach a class. About anything really because it would be so engaging.
I would attend Wren's seminar on DMV etiquette and probably have a blast.
Bold move putting Voldemort into Schindler's List, gotta admit, that's something I never thought I'd see
11:08 Never noticed it before, but nice verical mouse, I got a Delux M618 years ago and even tho it wasn't the best, it greatly reduced my wrist pain, I now daily drive a Zelotes C-18, the joystick is only for macros and such as is totally digital.
Haha great video! I liked the interview's flow with the edits as well. All the info was really interesting too and feels like I could follow along if I tried the software.
Now for the real challenge, can you make someone in an interview have Nigel Thornberry's nose?
These guys put their noses into everything and I'm here for it. You should do one of the orks from LOTR.
5:40 Bwahahaha! I WANT THAT SWEATER! "Oh hi Santa." The Room. Good stuff. 😂
Watching the progress of game graphics and cut scenes for final fantasy games could be fun
The nose was there and disappeared few frames later at 0:57 but the whole clip and the making-of were just amazing.
15:36 didn't expect to hear Russian Voldemort's laughter XD
I know he's not really a villain but I'd love to see J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson 100% of the time.
This was AWESOME! I'd love to see the same thing but with Venom instead, that would be a fun challenge 🤔😂
In terms of what villain I'd love to see you guys do next: any of Andy Serkis' CGI roles. Snoke, Gollum, Caesar. I know Caesar isn't a villain but to have an ape appear in all his movies and interview could be hilarious.
1:57 Wren: "It's a lot more complex and complicated" yup, those are indeed the same thing said twice but differently
