=ABOUT ME=
Hi, my name's Reece. I'm a passionate Creator, Transportation Planner, and Software Developer, interested in rapid transportation all around my home base of Toronto, Canada, as well as the whole world!
I've said it before, I'll say it again:
Every transit agency ought to do this (hi-res real-time cab view) for all their rail lines every 5 or 10 years.
Couldn't agree more
This is fantastic. Thank you so much!

Ellen: "...Burrard too."
Reece: "Can we get one going into Burrard though?"
Ellen: "Maybe not into Burrard.. Burrard."
I love how we can hear Reece and Ellen casually chatting about transit in the video!
He is talking to Ellen
The cut and cover to build stacked tunnels is genius!
It's a very nice train.
Nice to see the FART ( Frazer Area Rapid Transit)
As someone who lives in Victoria, I always enjoy visiting the mainland and riding on this line. There's something unique about this line in particular that makes it... nostalgic?
Hmm couldn't say, I do like it tho!
Richmond-Brighouse needs some love.
Will do a separate video
What great video writing on skytrain 🚉
Is it because the way its been filmed or is it that the train is just kinda slow crossing the Fraser river
Naturally slow orders go into effect on select parts of the line - most of the time it is for maintenance reasons.
It doesn't seem slow to me
the train is quite slow on the viaducts but then in the tunnel is very fast
I always wonder the concrete things between the tracks are and why the tracks dont have those in the tunnels
It's to prevent extreme derailment, imagine why that exists on viaducts :)
Why are the platforms so small?
Trains come frequently allowing smaller trains
these stations are surprisingly short for a metro system?
Is it just the lens distorting things or does the track have some really steep grades?
It has steep grades
19:10 Why did that sound repeat?
a week after i left Vancouver
