It is clearly non comprehensible WHY did the comittee decide to move heat exchanger and bellows chapter in DIV2, while DIV1 is the governing Code that everybody uses & knows, and not DIV2. Moreover, all this literature that has reference in DIV1 will now have to be updated. Finally, note now people have to buy 2 codes, in order to build a simple heat exchanger, since the tubesheet calculations are not in DIV1 anymore. As for designers, imagine the frustration to get to know a Code and then read again all that has to be read... AND keep track of changes... Simply the Comittee is surrounded by ignorants.
