They are so educative and very helpful I want your opinion to choose subwoofer between SVS ported or sealed 1000 pro And regarding choosing atmos speaker pair ( don’t have false ceiling) which to buy and where to place My set up is Marantz 5010 with monitor audio bronze floor standing and gold series centre and silver series fx surround on back wall Though my room dimensions are 12(w) x 10 (Ht) x 20 (l) but I am sitting in width part so distance of listening area which is close to one side wall from centre speaker is 10 foot) Approx width of listening area is 13 feet though on side there is wall and other side bed
If it’s a cinema room then go for Ported sub. Else Sealed 100 Pro will be good. And with regards to atmos speaker, for your viewing distance you can opt for front height speakers and use them for atmos!
Hello Tanmay ji, I have converted my secondary living room as a dedicated entertainment room in my rental house. Already I have RZ-50 AVR with q accoustic 3050i series speakers. (5.1) with svs 1000 sealed sub. But getting muddy base sound. Midrange is not sharper. Tried Dirac live calibration, not so impressive, getting very low base. Now trying inbuilt Gr. Equaliser. Help me to set a good equaliser setting. Also suggest me good acoustic carpet for the same room sized 17 x 11

The surround speakers in our past 2 project showcase are in similar property in Lonavla and they are positioned likewise due to some leakage issue. Keeping tweeters at ear level is good 👍🏻

Check Fyne Audio F502, Sonus Faber Lumina or Sonetto Bookshelf. B&W 700 series is more better than 600. But I am sure you will love the Fynes and SF Sonettos

Absolutely, power amps are always better! We have used them too in our old as well as new projects. The content shared on the channel in terms of setup tours are still the early ready to use setups driven by AVRs. Need to graduate our audience slowly 😀👍🏻

Yeah Kevin. Overall the HTS series has got boomy bass and bass traps can be some breather but still not going to cut it to zero!

What Is The Importance of prer out
Pre out is where the amplification/power is to be provided by 3rd party device. But processing and pre-amplification is done by AVR for that channel
