Always sunny has been on television for 17 years, and Mac, Dennis, and Dee clearly show it. Meanwhile charlie looks literally the exact same way he did in 2005

I absolutely love we can see Dennis balding. This goes all the way back to when Dee and Dennis got real with each other during S11. Dee called out Dennis on how he was balding. Sunny is so good at connecting multiple storyline plots.
I love how Dee tells the councilwoman that the reason Dennis was acting like that was that 'it's Dee Day' implying that not only would the councilwoman understand but that having an entire day dedicated to being super nice to one of your friends is normal to the Gang.
I love how the guys have the power to boost Dennis's self esteem from absolute rock bottom to actually thinking he can chat up a woman, with nothing more than a reference to golden gods and a halfhearted "you can do this." Such a great testament to the bond between them all, and to the solid elasticity of Dennis's ego.
I hope these guys all get good roles after the show ends. People always disregard comedy acting, but each and every one of them have ALL shown some of the best acting I've seen in a while.
I love how Dee explains Dennis' weird behavior to the Councilwoman by saying "It's Dee Day" as if anyone outside the gang is supposed to know what that is LOL
the stuff that did to change his physical look is one thing, but i am genuinely impressed with how his entire character and body language and voice and everything changed.
0:26 It's lost because of the second half of the video, but the sassy passive-aggressive way he takes the wipes and then looks back at the guys is fantastic. So many small micro expressions make up great physical comedy.
Always great scenes where you throw a character in who has no idea what is going on and has no context or way to explain what just happened. Another one that comes to mind is that vase in the Asian families house. Or every time they go off on each other in someone's office 😂

"How're you liking it Dennis? Yes, it's very nice". I love that opening so much. And that leer right after the "cool guy" moves out of the way, right before "Hi, did I frighten you?" is priceless. He's an amazing actor, really sinks in after a while how good he is. Deserves a long career, and so do we.
