    Even if he never gets a title (which I hope he does) Justin deserves to be in the Hall Of Fame for being one of the biggest draws in the history of the UFC. I would never miss one of his fights. LETS GO GAETHJE!!

    False confidence on Oliveira’s end?!!! That guy has overcome major life obstacles, let alone professional challenges…and he finished two guys Gaethje couldn’t (Chandler and Poirier). If that’s what he’s banking on, he may be up for a rude awakening.

      @@benk3716 getting dropped is significantly less damaging long term than being a heavy bag for 15-25 minutes. Look at the cte in boxing compared to mma. Both are bad but boxing is significantly worse because of they constant hits bouncing your brain without knocking you out

    He's been my favorite fighter since he fought Michael Johnson. He's never been in a boring fight ever. He's also genuine and doesn't fake anything.

    Justin is a role model and the definition of a “savage” hard work , determination and goes for the kill no matter what. He deserves all the fans money and fame he has and yet if you talk to him he’s treat you no different. One of those guys if you didint know who he was he’d probably never think to tell you he’s a famous UFC fighter.

      He’s talking about giving up in a tough fight (when fighters are both tired etc) not taping on a choke lol that’s not giving up. Is tapping when ur in an arm bar giving up so ur arm doesn’t get broke? No.

      doctor at the ufc performance institute gave justin a bone density scan and the doctor said that gaethje may have had the densest bones of any fighter he had ever examined

      Everyone ignoring bcuz khabib handled him easily. And khabib is all rounder in every dimensions. He knows how danger is each and every opponent. So he knew Justin was too strong to handle and tried to quickly finish the fight.

    Love gaethje. That said the way he is talking i think he will be humbled. Thinking charles doesnt have the frame or way to take him down could be his downfall. That lanky frame on someone with his technique is just as dangerous when it comes to getting a submission as just as dangerous as someone more stout and boxy framed like khabib

      Exactly. Standing submissions can and do happen. Getting caught in leg locks and kneebars from a quick scramble do happen. Gaethje is insanely tough but he does get rocked and charles could jump on him and lock him up in a situation like that.

    I see Oliveira most likely surviving Gaethje's explosive early first round barrage or onslaught and then coming back to win the next round/s until ultimately finishing the fight by submission in the second or third round

    It's funny how people look past Gaejthe with such ease. Losing to Khabib isn't something that one can judge much from, everyone got dominated by Khabib so it doesn't matter. Leave Khabib out of the picture, then you wouldn't see many people going through Gaejthe.

You can’t focus on what’s going on if it’s anything else on your mind. Take ice cold showers and try to breathe normally while it’s beating down right on your back, and don’t cheat. Let it hit your neck too. Or an ice bath. This type of stuff helps with that.

    Want him to win; dude's such a good guy and an insanely fun fighter to watch; but I think he 's gonna get choked out. His weakest point is Olivera's strongest, and Olivera also isn't a slouch in stand up. The current champ's gotten really good on the feet over the years. However it goes, cant wait to tune in.
