Do you mind sharing what beach/town you were in when you had trouble with the riptides?
I love this! I am relocating next year and bringing my horse. Boarding and feed are also of interest. How much is pasture land? Sounds wonderful...Like the laid back lifestyle and patience, too many people think they are more important and are not humble. I would add hiring a Visa attorney who help guide you thru and do everything legal, even things like getting a drivers license or buying a car need to be legal. Gracias
I am guessing the prices of pasture land vary - depending on size and location. I would recommend you do a search online as there are some realtors that list land. We recommend Kraemer kraemerlaw.com/en/home/?ref=9 as a lawyer.
Do you have a hospital nearby?
Yes, David has multiple private hospitals and a public hospital. It is about an hour away. There is also one in Volcan that can handle minor emergencies, and one in Bugaba about 30 minutes away that can also handle anything minor.
Are there any problems with insects, like mosquitos, flies, spiders etc. in your area?
It is a tropical area, so you will find bugs. The houses are not sealed like in the US where there is air conditioning, so yes, there are bugs.
