I am glad I discovered your channel. You are most enjoyable to watch and listen to. Thankfully, I had several of the fragrances you mentioned in your 5 Fragrances you Need video (Men & Women). I have a very large collection as I have been into fragrances since I was 11 years old. Although I started collecting fragrances at a very young age, I am now older (but still probably not any wiser) my collection is much larger than it needs to be. At this point, I have not been and will not be buying any new fragrances. However, I still like to hear about what is out there, and what is new, even though I am in the no-buy mode, by necessity. In retrospect, even though I did not start out that way, I did go over the top with buying new fragrances. Now I am in a position of not buying any new perfumes and try to use up at least a third of them before I kick the bucket. Thank you for letting us all know that we only need five fragrances. It makes good sense.

Such a great topic. Hoping for a part 2 (and 3 and 4… 😊) since I’m on a hunt for a floral. Delina is beautiful but it’s not me. My holy grail is Ex Nihilo’s Fleur Narcotique but as it is my all time favorite, I don’t want it as an everyday floral, if that makes any sense. I’m also in a rose-exiting phase and now wanting something more mature. ❤

Oud for Greatness is a saffron bomb for me. Very synthetic. Very strong. But I like it and have a full bottle.
Also love Clean Reserve skin. I just realized now HOW much you influenced me. I got because of you , DELINA, MELIORA, CLEAN RESERVE SKIN, BAL D’AFRIQUE, GRIS CHARNE and Musk Therapy I don’t remember if you recommended or if was Demi 😂🤷🏻♀️

Your description of Clean Reserve Skin makes me think of Le labo's Another 13. I get all that from it and more. It's my absolute favorite everyday clean scent, being in health care.

Super curious about Demi's perfume, coffee/caramel/vanilla are the notes that draw me to gormounds the most....

Herods dry down is very reminiscent of Spirituese Double Vanille
Is Herod similar to oud for greatness at all? I've heard they are compared a lot and wondering which one to get. (I have to blind buy as I live in a rural area). And I tend to lean more towards unisex scents (bit of a rock chic at heart haha) Would love some help :)
As a CNA, the chokehold Clean Reserve has me in is absolutely ridiculous.

I just got a sample for Replica Jazz Club. I like it, wish it was a little stronger on me though.
And i already have Le Couvent - Porto Bello which is rather similar. It's like the day version of Jazz Club.

Wow thank you for saying this! Another 13 doesn’t sit well on my skin and I was so sad I cannot use it! But I tried your suggestion and boom, no more metallic smell! I put Clean Reserve Skin first so that Another 13 is not direct on my skin, now I can wear it thank you!

How does Spiritueuse Double Vanille compare with Angelic Noire? Angelique Noire is my fav vanilla from the house
They're notably different! AN is more unique with the addiction of pear and lots of angelica. It's much more musky and powdery than SDV as well. SDV is more mass appealing, more gourmand, sweeter, warmer, more focused on the vanilla with the base of a likable, soft incense and benzoin.
I am in the minority when it comes to Delina because on me, it is just okay. However, I have a sample of Atomic Rose which smells similar to Delina, and I prefer that much more.
I'm looking for a vanilla fragrance for my sister who whorsips these, googled the price tag on the Guerlain one and laughed out loud, defintely out of my range xD

Ok so Another 13 is a man‘s fragrance? I got Santal 33 bc thought it was unisex and it may be but I feel like I am wearing men’s fragrance every time, still like it vut because of this don’t reach for it to often
no, it's perfectly unisex! I just happen to be recommending it for men to check out in this video :)
Santal 33 is marketed as unisex as well but I personally find that one to smell masculine too

I was wondering, what does it mean to overspray? How many sprays is it? Where do you spray? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
Don't be sorry! I'm happy to answer! 🤍 I feel like in western culture, most people only spray their perfume 2-3 times, but unless it's an extremely strong fragrance, most people aren't going to smell your perfume. I'm an oversprayer because on average, I use about 15-25 sprays. That of course varies depending on the performance of the fragrance I'm wearing. With a very strong fragrance, I'll use 3-5 sprays, most scents get around 15-25, and very soft, light scents around 30-40. So it all depends, it's really a trial kind of situation. I like to spray my clothes, my arms, & chest area. Hope that helps :)
