- In 575 B.C., a group of several Deviants led by Enkidu attack the city, preying on the Babylonians who were present outside the walls of the Ishtar Gate. Although Babylonians were powerless against the Deviants, they were saved by the five Eternals: Ikaris, Gilgamesh, Thena, Kingo, and Makkari.
Later in 1521, the Spanish invasion of the Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan runs together with an attack from the last of the Deviants. While fighting them off, Thena's Mahd Wy'ry causes her to momentarily turn on her allies, only to be stopped by Gilgamesh. The Prime Eternal, Ajak, offers to cure Thena's affliction at the cost of her memories, but Gilgamesh volunteers to look over her.

i just noticed it lol. makkari acts more of a support than a fighter. i mean yeah she can fight real good but when working with the other powerhouses, she roams around to provide support
Not at all, she can fight on her own and she's still powerful just look at the hits she gives
Yea she's smartnand supportd the others to keep em in the fight. I never noticed her catching Gilgamesh in that first fight.

love it need more Thena Screentime The first fight was HD, the second one seems a bit blurry, maybe because of the darkness. It would be nice if dark scenes at night were also available in HDD Ultra these days

now, I don't enjoy watching people fighting monsters, technically, any monsters are natural animals, since they are natural, then they can't be sorted as evil or good. The only evil exits within human being. The good part belongs to human being, and the bad parts belongs to human being too,.

So all of these 'Eternals' didn't have as much power as any one of these DC superheroes: Green Lantern, Black Adam, Shazam, Wonder Woman or Superman?
