I recommend skipping to day 2 at 14:40 as that's when the changes really begin. Day 1 is virtually identical except that the battery is changed to a rubber ducky.

I thought you had found a way to skip the emergency cave and colected every treasure from the surface but it's actually a mod. A very interesting mod by the way.
