Today, Youm al-Sabt, is the 28th day of Shaban. When the 29th day of Shaban ends, at sunset tomorrow (Youm al-Ahad) look for the moon in the sky at the place where the sun has set. If the new moon is seen, then the fast of Ramadan will commence from Youm al-Ithnain (Monday). If it is not seen then the first day of fasting will be Youm al-Thalasa (Tuesday) Insha Allah.

Dear @SheikhImranHosein, in Germany the sky was cloudy on the 29th night of Shaban, and there was no new moon seen. But yet here in Germany everyone Starts to fast on the 30th day of Shaban Monday 11th, I'm so confused, because no new moon was seen, so it means the first day of Ramadan must be Tuesday the 12th.
The problem is we MU$LIMS connect to a SECT & then go along with whatever we have been taught, even if some of the teachings are contradicting the Quran & Hadith ( Quran 3 : 1O3 ) The perfected & complete islam taught us to NOT make sects ➜ hold firmly to the rope of Allah and do NOT be DIVIDED
( Quran 6 : 159 ) Those who have divided their religion and become SECTS - you, [O Muḥammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allāh; then He will inform them about what they used to do ( Tirmidhi 2641 ) The Prophet P.B.U.H said “My Ummah will divide into 73 sects, all of them will be in the Fire except for one, and that is the Jamā’ah.” It was said, “And who are they, O Allah’s Messenger?” He responded, “That which I and my Companions are upon today.”
( Muwatta Imam Malik 1601) The Prophet P.B.U.H said I have left behind two things, you will never go astray as long as you hold fast onto them ➜ the Quran and Sunnah ( Quran 59 : 7 ) The perfected & complete islam taught us to follow the Quran & Hadith strictly ➜ Whatever the Messenger gives you, take it and whatever he forbids you from, leave it CONCLUSION - By simply following the Quran and hadith, we will be amongst the SUCCESSFUL people
