Yeah, Mark's the king of Joker no doubt but Kevin voices Joker from The Batman which is a series that can be loved or hated depending on how lenient you are on unusual takes on the Batman's Rogues Gallery. For me, it wasn't that bad and I liked most of the designs and story. The later seasons 3-5 are the most mature of course. Bulkhead's from Transformers Prime (another favorite show of mine) and Gantu is from Disney's Lilo & Stitch.
