    Nice review... I just received my New 17 XPS and I love it... I just got the Full HD + with intel graphics since I already have a MSI with a rtx 2060. Since I heard they have major issues over heating issues with the graphics card. This XPS is beautiful and quality is insane....

    I just bought dell xps 15 9500 I found issue on thermal management system even in light uses.
    Should I upgrade with new 9510 or stay with 9500?

    Hi, thank you for your video. Can you tell me if this laptop is good for Adobe premiere pro, for video editing.

    • @progtech7180
      @progtech7180  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes, it is. I have been using Adobe premiere pro on this laptop without any lag.
      This laptop has 4GB of dedicated NVIDIA GPU memory, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD and an i7 processor(8 cores). These specifications help make video editing smooth.

    How did you get them to offer you a refund? I got a Precision 3571 and it's been nothing but problems with the overheating, fan running loud, and blue screens. They won't give me a refund or a new replacement. All they are offering me is a refurbished replacement and it may not be with the same specs. My machine is still under the 1 year warranty.

    I am a digital marketer, traveller, video editor. Which one is better for me, the macbook pro 13' m1 (16gb ram + 512gb ssd) OR Dell xps 15' 9510 (i7 11th gen., 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, nvidia RTX 3060 Ti )

    • @progtech7180
      @progtech7180  Před 2 lety

      Both the laptops mentioned have 8 core processor and identical SSD, RAM. The only major difference is the screen size. If you are more of a traveller, go for a 13" mac which is comparatively portable. In contrast, if you primarily focus on video editing, get a 15.6'' XPS which would make your editing process comfortable.

      The macpro one is better. My dell 9500 has same problem as mentioned in this video. cooling system broken, jackphone... Currently I also use the macbook air. Rendering is faster than the dell one. Mac is also quieter and more portable. Kinda regret spent nearly 3000USD for the dell.

    • @bizmonkey007
      @bizmonkey007 Před 2 lety

      If you’re using FCPX, definitely the MacBook Pro or even the Air (they have the same internals). It’s a little editing powerhouse with FCPX and has good battery life. If you’re going to be using more Adobe-based programs, including AE, consider the XPS. You can upgrade the RAM and storage yourself with it, too.

    • @hailesuper
      @hailesuper Před 2 lety

      @@bizmonkey007 I am using Premier Pro for both XPS and Macbook (Native version). Mac still works faster even though I am just using the Air. The new chip performance is outstanding. Dont spend money for expensive Dell.

    All have learned from Tesla. Better to get sh*t to the customer and let them complain if they want to. Your issues would have been found with simple tests. Lots of good reasons for the companies to do it like this, especially with the current delivery and manufacturing situation. This is a premium product....

    bruh this dell xps 15 does "NOT" have vapour chamber only xps 17 has it
    same problem with me and with windows 11 this is jst not the perfect laptop windows 11 is trash it uses litterally 8gb of my ram
    thank god i got the 64gb version and not any lower because i really do very hardcore programming
    to solve the heating issue just get a coolpad instead of a replacement that cloodpad will help alot instead of the replacment woukd not do any changes in the thermal
    in your case you needed a replacemnt because of the wifi card being dmaged but not anything else specailly not the thermals because you are stuck with the smae thermals till you get a cooling pad (like i got one other wise my laptop would have blasted on my face)

    • @progtech7180
      @progtech7180  Před 2 lety +1

      I realised the vapour chamber thing later, thanks for reminding me again.
      I have no overheating issue in the new unit, it's working great. In the previous one, even the keyboard would burn.
