I work there. Have done since February 2011. Before that I was their 'Official' photographer so had unrestricted access. The 450 was there for modification by Siemens. They rent a section of the workshops and do mods on 444s and 450s.
@zaccee1996 709 will need a lot of work before it runs again. I'm not aware of any current plans to return the loco to service but as they say "never say never".
I worked there when it was a proper railway works BREL and then BRML.

2012 Tour dates will be announced in the next week or so, keep an eye on the KRS website as that's where they'll appear first
