The land owner paid a guy to have it burned so they could lease out the space. That was the only way they could get out from under it.

Interesting. 1:31 Two hundred year old tech on the foreground and new tech growing on the horizon. The wind turbines are small according modern standards, they have to grow to maturity. The world changes indeed.
