I was on the dark wizzy being best Mario train but after yesterday and this set, I agree with everyone else that he is indeed the #1 Mario
Wizzy was never the best Mario post pandemic, he got ROCKED at Summit 3 and just never performed the best until recently but Kuruma been goated for some time now

In this set you saw the fundamental difference between the set with sparg0 and the set with kola, spargo’s DI with kurama’s combos was more unpredictable, and he managed to punish some of them but kola had more typical DI and I think that’s where this game was won for kurama

You can tell Kola was getting angry (especially at the end). Kola was MASHING. His attacks even got stale to a point where some of Roy's kill moves wouldn't kill when they should've. Not to mention Kola landed several sours as a result of swinging too early. On the flip side, Kuruma is so good at combos and capitalizing off of mistakes. You can *definitely* see that, here. Boy he's so good, and he has a chill mind when playing.
If Kola can keep his emotions in check, he can perform much better. For now though, this was a huge GG for Kuruma. If only the commentary dove in on the subject... but oh well. Also these players getting angry and losing is ironic because I was learning more about having a good mindset, today (on CZcams and at church). Who would've thought?
I like a lot of the popular ult commentators as entertainers but damn so much ult commentary is just not actually talking abt whats going on in game LOL

Honestly I hope he does, too. I wasn't rooting for him originally, but now I am because he is being such a role model right now. He has such a good mindset and yet he's so young. Plus he has so much skill.

Do we need to hold an intervention and commit Kola to anger management? It’s almost 2023 and all we’ve heard for the last year or so has been “if Kola can get his emotions in check”.
Where does one draw the line between “passion” and frustration/anger legitimately losing you the game? Throwing your controller? Fine. Potentially damaging other equipment that isn’t yours or that could affect upcoming sets? That just don’t sit right.

No it doesn't work like that Kurama didn't get taken by that a single time,., And 40% is double 20%. And spamming up air is easier than spamming down tilt or Roy side b.,. Not only that there's Neutral air as well for Mario. The game's pretty balanced but there are some crazy spikes out there outskewing the balance. It's not cool to be stupid look at the top reply being cool and joking instead of arguing over nothing and being nothingly wrong too.,. Facepalm
